Join us for Stroller Strides - We help moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life!

Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time.

It is a total fitness program where moms push baby in the stroller, while getting a workout. The classes are set up for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals.

The classes are 1 hour, including warm-up and the last 10 minutes used for abs and stretching.

We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age!
